I am an Avatar® Master based in London. I guide people through the Avatar course, which gives you an experiencial understanding of how you create your life with your beliefs.
Avatar is a set of tools that help you explore your consciousness/mental blueprint of how you created your life this far. You get to take a look at your beliefs, where they came from, did you decide deliberately or did you just pick it up without even considereing it. You also learn how you can create what you prefer in life. Understanding the relationship between your feelings and your beliefs. Avatar®' was developed by Harry Palmer who started out in education in the USA, it is about creating the life you prefer
The book 'Living Deliberately' outlines some of the concepts and ideas for you to explore.
The book 'ReSurfacing®' by Harry Palmer is the foundation to the exploration of consciousness. These two books are used in the ReSurfacing® workshop/Section I of the Avatar® course, Resurfacing has 30 exercises that allow you to explore and understand how you create yourself today.

The Avatar Course was started in 1987 and today is being taught in over 66 countries and in 20 languages. The headquarters - Star's Edge International® are based in Florida, USA.
